Our Online Meeting Room

Most conference call/webinars allow one person to talk at a time. While this is fantastic for presentations, it is not ideal for a Shamanic classroom. In Shamanism we learn by doing lots of in class journeys – often to help each other’s animals while we practice new techniques.  Our Maestro state-of-the-art meeting room allows us to break into groups of any size, so we can interact freely with our partners, taking the time we need to share the details of our journeys, without hogging party line!

Here are the basic steps for accessing our meeting room:

When you register for a class you will be given a unique link to Maestro Conference. Go there and sign up with Maestro. You will be given a dial in number and a private PIN access code for the entire class series. (Please – only register once for each class series.) The system will email you the the information and send you handy reminders. Please save the information.

When the time comes for our class you do these things. First – find that email! Then:

1. Dial your Number and enter your PIN#  You can use a land line, cell phone or Skype (use the dial pad for a Skype call. Get the cheap month all you can call subscription.)
2. Log onto the participant dashboard – the link is in your email.
3. I will “push” a website link onto your dashboard. That link leads you to our Webinar viewing window. The visual aids, including my smiling live face from my webcam, will stream onto that webpage.

Some special things about Maestro:

• There are multiple Dial In Numbers, and they all go the same place. Not everyone will get the same number but they will all work.
• Your PIN access code is personal and you get it when you register for the Class Series.
• The Webinar feature is in Beta. It may be funky, but it is very cool and we will help them make it better.
• Unfortunately only my web cam can stream. But since no one really likes to stream anyway, I figured this was OK. Someday maybe.
