Lesson 1: The Middle World and your Power Animal. (2.5 hours – 96 minutes of video, plus an MP3 of drumming with specific guidance for your first journey, and homework journeys.) Your most common questions about shamanic practice are answered here, and you are introduced to the spirits in a gentle loving way that is as easy as daydreaming with your eyes closed.
Lesson 2: The Upper World. (1 hour – 45 minutes of video plus an MP3 of drumming with specific guidance for entering the Upper World, and home work journeys). This is a place of incredible beauty and wisdom with angels and beings of light to guide you. You will find your special places here, sanctuaries to return to whenever you need healing, relaxation, wisdom and some spirit loving!
Lesson 3: The Lower World. (1 hour – 23 minutes of video plus in-class and homework journeys). The Lower World is earth extra shiny, extra perfect and absolutely beautiful. Many of us find our strongest Power Animals and human Teachers here, and if you are like me, it will become your second home.
